Terms of Service
Welcome to Here For You. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using my services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
When booking a consultation with Here For You, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Here For You (NZBN 9429052277184) is the trading name of Hannah Bowden. In these Terms of Service, 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to Here For You.
The term "Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging Here For You for services as described in these Terms of Service.
General
The Client agrees to follow safe sleep practices in line with SIDS recommendations. Please click here to read more.
The Client understands the safety guidelines on co-sleeping and accepts that Here For You adheres to safe sleeping practices, which support room-sharing but not bed-sharing.
The Client will disclose any medical conditions their child/children has to Here For You.
The Client will not disclose any information received from Here For You to a third party without our prior permission.
Here For You will be available Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. The 14-day support period includes weekends and public holidays, but no support will be provided on these days, though feedback on weekend logs and public holidays will be given.
All materials, guides, and resources provided by Here For You remain our intellectual property and are for the Client's personal use only. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.
Client Acknowledgement
The information provided in the sleep intake questionnaire is accurate to the best of the Client’s knowledge.
If the Client’s child/children has a medical condition, approval from a healthcare provider has been obtained before starting any sleep support.
The Client acknowledges it is their responsibility to rule out any medical causes of sleep problems (such as sleep apnea) as a child/children with underlying medical conditions may not be suitable for any sleep support.
The Client acknowledges it is their responsibility to ensure their child/children is gaining weight appropriately, healthy, thriving, and otherwise well before starting any sleep support.
The Client acknowledges that Here For You does not provide medical advice. Any concerns regarding the child’s health should be addressed with a healthcare provider. Any sleep support from Here For You is not a substitute for medical advice.
The Client acknowledges that Here For You will not be liable for any injuries or adverse events occurring while undertaking sleep support. The Client is responsible for their child's safety and health at all times.
Screenshots of communication and information regarding the child's sleep improvements and milestones may be used for marketing purposes, with names and identifying features removed unless permission is granted.
The website may contain links to external sites owned and operated by third parties. Here For You is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites. Please contact the administrator of those sites if you have concerns.
Payment
Full payment for all sleep support packages, services and follow-up support is required before or on the day of consultation starting. Once payment is received, the Client will receive an acknowledgment from Here For You. Phone consultations will be confirmed once payment has been made.
Package prices include GST and are in NZD.
Here For You reserves the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
Any sleep support or consultation will not be issued if there are outstanding invoices. Here For You reserves the right to cancel a consultation if there is an outstanding balance at the time of the scheduled appointment.
Any outstanding debt to Here For You will be referred to debt collection agencies.
Payment must be made in full via Hnry, my invoicing system.
Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment is received for 1:1 packages.
Refunds will not be offered if the Client is dissatisfied with the results, change of mind, strategy, failure to be consistent and failure to follow suggestions.
Here For You Support Sleep Package Without On-going Support
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
There are no refunds if the Client changes their mind about the sleep service (see Cancellations below).
This package does not include follow-up support.
Clients may upgrade within 3 months of receiving their sleep plan to purchase 2 weeks of text support (Monday-Friday), sleep and activity log review, subject to availability.
Support Session prices include GST.
Here For You reserves the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 working days before a consultation will receive a full refund, minus transaction fees.
Cancellations made less than 14 working days before a consultation are not eligible for a refund.
In cases of illness or critical events, Here For You can reschedule the consultation and accommodate accordingly.
Once the sleep plan has been received or a consultation has occurred, no refunds will be offered for a change of mind.
If a support package is postponed for reasons agreed upon by the Client and Here For You, the Client forfeits eligibility for a refund from the rescheduled support start date (unless due to medical reasons).
If a support package is cancelled due to medical reasons and the Client has received the sleep plan, the support will be postponed to a date agreed upon by both parties.
Here For You reserves the right to cancel any package before the commencement of the home or phone consultation if deemed inappropriate for the Client. An alternative package may be suggested, and the price difference refunded, or the full amount refunded if Here For You or the Client chooses to forfeit the service.
Families may resume their 1:1 package within 3 months of cancelling the initial booking. No refunds will be provided (subject to availability).
You may reschedule your consultation once without additional fees, provided the request is made more than 7 working days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 7 working days of the scheduled start date may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule due to an emergency, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions of a Sleep Plan
Individual results may vary based on factors such as consistency, commitment, personal matters, approach to technique, child’s needs, age, severity of the situation, correct plan adherence, communication with Here For You, and parental desire for change.
Refunds are not offered if the Client is dissatisfied with the results. By embarking on the support, the Client accepts this risk.
Most clients will see results within 10-14 days.
Here For You is committed to staying current with information, research, and knowledge about child sleep.
The customised sleep plan is intended for the Client's child/children only and should not be shared with third parties. The information may not be suitable for another child.
Follow up support must be used within 3 weeks of our initial consult.
Any changes the Client makes to their child's sleep or eating arrangements are their responsibility. Here For You will only make suggestions for change, which the Client is responsible for implementing.
It is the Client's responsibility to contact Here For You for follow-up and to send sleep log information for feedback as frequently as suggested.
The sleep plan is tailored for the Client's child/children and family and should not be shared. Anyone found sharing sleep plans or guides will be liable for the cost of the materials.
By purchasing a sleep package, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy as outlined.
Clients are expected to actively participate in implementing the sleep plan. The success of the plan depends largely on the Client's commitment to consistently following the recommended methods. If the Client does not adhere to the full plan and recommendations, no refund will be provided. Results may be reduced if only parts of the plan are followed.
All communication during the consultation period will be conducted through agreed-upon channels (e.g., email, WhatsApp, phone, or video calls). Clients should ensure they are available and responsive to facilitate the consultation process. If Here For You does not hear from the Client, it will be assumed that everything is proceeding well and no additional support is needed.
In-home support
For clients that are considering booking in-home support or have booked in-support, Hannah will contact you via phone for a 15 minute consult at the time you have booked in for.
During this consult you will make a plan with Hannah when the in-home support will take place. Hannah is typically available to attend the home consult within 1-3 weeks of the 15 minute consult, subject to availability.
The Client is responsible for informing the Consultant who will be in the home during the in-home support and their relationship to the Client. If Hannah arrives at the home and does not feel it is appropriate or safe to enter the home, the in-home consultation will be rescheduled if the Consultant deems it safe to do so.
If at any time during the in-home consultation Hannah doesn't feel it is appropriate to stay due to safety concerns; the in-home consultation will be concluded and rescheduling of the remaining in-home consultation will not be provided.
In-home sleep packages including 2 x 30 minute phone consultations to be used within 3 months of the home consultation taking place. (This excluded the in-home consultation)
Refunds are not available for in-home support packages.
Travel costs are included in the package price (travel within 35 kilometres of Auckland and Whangarei CBD). If the in-home consultation is to take place at an address outside of travel area there will be an additional fee of $1.04 per kilometre. (This is subject to change each year in line with IRD) This will be charged and invoiced prior to the in-home consultation. Payment is to be made in full prior to the commencement of the package.

Any changes to your baby's sleep or eating arrangements suggested by Here For You are at your discretion and responsibility.
