Welcome to Here For You. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using my services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Here For You (NZBN 9429052277184) is the trading name of Hannah Bowden. In these Terms of Service, 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to Hannah Bowden t/a Here For You.
The term "Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging Here For You for services.
Here For You Services
Here For You offers the following services:
Here For Newborn Support - Includes 60min consultation call (or in-home visit, subject to additional costs) and ‘Newborn Sleep & Settling’ eBook.
Here For Troubleshooting - Includes a comprehensive intake form, review of a 3-5 day activity log and a 45min consultation call.
Here For You Support - Includes a comprehensive intake form, personalised sleep plan, my ‘Responsive & Supportive Settling Methods’ Guide and a 60min consultation call.
Here For 2 Weeks Support - Includes a comprehensive intake form, personalised sleep plan, ‘Responsive & Supportive Settling Methods’ Guide 60min consultation call, 2 weeks of WhatsApp support Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm NZT and a 30min half way check in call.
Here For In-Home & Sleep Support - Includes a comprehensive intake form, personalised sleep plan, ‘Responsive & Supportive Settling Methods’ Guide, a 3hr in-home consult and 2 weeks WhatsApp support Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm NZT and a 30min half way check in call.
(Together, HFY Services).
Operating hours
Here For You’s usual operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm NZT. Here For You will provide notice of any changes to these hours, including shutdown or holiday periods.
Packages which include support will (being ‘Here For 2 Weeks Support’ and Here For In-Home & Support) be provided Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm NZT. Support is not provided during the weekend or on public holidays.
Client Acknowledgement
The Client agrees and acknowledges that:
Information provided in the sleep intake form is accurate to the best of the Client’s knowledge.
If the Client’s child/children has a medical condition, approval from a healthcare professional must be obtained before implementing sleep support.
It is the Client’s responsibility to rule out any medical causes of sleep problems (such as sleep apnea) as a child/children with underlying medical conditions may not be suitable for any sleep support.
It is their responsibility to ensure their child/children is gaining weight appropriately and healthy before starting any sleep support.
The Client agrees to follow safe sleep practices in line with Red Nose SUDI recommendations. The Client understands the safety guidelines on co-sleeping.
The Client will disclose any medical conditions that their child has to Here For You
The Client acknowledges that Here For You is not able to give medical advice and any questions or concerns that I have regarding my child’s health will be under my health practitioners’ care. A sleep plan by Here For You is not intended to replace or substitute medical advice.
Here For You will not be liable for any injuries or adverse events occurring while undertaking sleep support. The Client is responsible for their child's safety and health at all times.
Screenshots of communication and information regarding the child's sleep progress and journey may be used for marketing purposes, with names and identifying features removed unless express permission is granted by the Client.
Individual results may vary based on factors such as consistency, commitment, personal matters, approach to technique, child’s needs, age, severity of the situation, correct plan adherence, communication with Here For You, and parental desire for change.
I understand that my personalised sleep plan is meant for my child and I only, and should not be shared with a third party. I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child.
Any changes the Client makes to their child's sleep or eating arrangements are their responsibility. Here For You will only make suggestions for change, which the Client is responsible for implementing.
It is the Client's responsibility to contact Here For You for follow-up and to send sleep log information for feedback as frequently as suggested.
Clients are expected to actively participate in implementing the sleep plan. The success of the plan depends largely on the Client's commitment to consistently following the recommended methods. If the Client does not adhere to the full plan and recommendations, no refund will be provided. Results may be reduced if only parts of the plan are followed.
All communication during the consultation period will be conducted through email and WhatsApp.
Clients should ensure they are available and responsive to facilitate the consultation process. If Here For You does not hear from the Client, it will be assumed that everything is proceeding well and no additional support is needed.
By purchasing a sleep package, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy as outlined.
Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds.
Due to the nature of the HFY Services offered by Here For You, different payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies may also apply to each of the HFY Services in addition to what is set out in the General section. For details of the applicable cancellation and refund policy available to you, please refer to the section relevant to each of the HFY Services below.
General - applies to all HFY Services
Refunds will not be offered if the Client is dissatisfied with the results, change of mind, strategy, failure to be consistent and failure to follow suggestions.
All prices exclude GST and are in NZD. Prices are displayed on Here For You’s website and are current as at the date that Here For You issues an invoice for payment. Here For You reserves the right to alter prices for future services at any time for any reason.
Payment for all HFY Support Services is required within 5 days of receipt of an invoice issued by Here for You.
Here For You will not provide any HFY Services (including the preparation of any client specific materials) until full payment is received.
All sales of Here For You eBooks are final. No refunds will be provided for any guides eBooks purchased.
Here For You reserves the right to cancel any package before the commencement of the home or phone consultation if deemed inappropriate for the Client. An alternative package may be suggested, and the price difference refunded, or the full amount refunded if Here For You or the Client chooses to forfeit the service.
To request a refund (where applicable), cancel a consultation, or discuss rescheduling, please contact us at Hannah@hereforyounz.com with your booking details. Include your full name, child/children’s name, consultation date, and reason for cancellation.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact Here For You as soon as possible if you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule due to an emergency, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Newborn Consultation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds are not available for cancellations or change of mind.
The consultation call or visit may be rescheduled once without additional fees, provided the request is made more than 14 working days in advance of the scheduled date.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 working days of the scheduled date may be subject to availability.
Here For You Support
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds are not available for cancellations or change of mind.
The consultation call may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made more than 14 working days in advance. The rescheduled consultation call must be within two months from receiving your sleep plan.
This package does not include follow-up support. Unless the client chooses to book a Here For Troubleshooting Call.
Clients may have the option to upgrade to the Here For 2 Weeks Support package, within two months of receiving their sleep plan, subject to availability. An additional payment will be required (Here For You will confirm pricing upon request). Upgrading does not include a new or updated sleep plan, or an additional consultation call.
Here For 2 Weeks Support
Cancellations made more than 14 working days before the commencement of support will receive a full refund, minus transaction fees. Cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund. Any approved refunds will be made within 10 business days.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 working days of the scheduled date may be subject to availability.
Please note any rescheduled date must be within 2 months of the original scheduled date, subject to availability.
Here For In-Home & Support

Intellectual property
Here For You owns all intellectual property in the content of its material, guides, content, advice and resources including the content on this website, including. Clients may download content only for personal, non-commercial use only.
No modifications or further reproduction of the content are permitted. The content may not be copied or used in any way without the express written permission of Here For You or the original author of any specific submission.
