There will be no more second guessing yourself with this comprehensive hands-on in-home support package, with my experience right there to support and guide you through settling your little one in your own home. I will be there to help set up the optimal sleep environment, talk you through your plan, settling techniques and gently guiding you every step of the way showing you firsthand how to solve your child’s sleep issues . Leaving you confident and ready for sleep success.
This package includes:
Intake Form: A comprehensive form capturing essential details about your child’s current sleep and routine.
Customised Sleep Plan: Detailed advice on sleep environment, feeding, nutrition, naps, overnight sleep, settling techniques, and routines. Solutions for unexpected sleep challenges and troubleshooting.
3 Hour in-home consultation: Hands on support to help guide you through implementing your plan and support during a lunchtime nap.
2 Weeks Support: Hand holding support, troubleshooting and daily check ins via texts. Feedback on Daily Activity logs. (Available Mon-Fri)
How It Works:
Booking and Preparation: Please send an enquiry/contact form below, including your location. I will be in touch regarding my availability. Upon confirmation of availability for the in-home consultation and 2 Weeks Support period, an invoice will be sent to secure your support period.
A comprehensive intake form will be emailed for you to complete.
You will receive your child's sleep plan 48 hours before our in-home consultation.
Your 3-hour in-home consultation is the first day of our support period on Monday unless otherwise arranged. The 3-hour in-home consultation will be over your child's lunchtime nap.
After your consultation, we will continue the remaining 2 weeks of support with daily contact.
Please review and accept our Terms of Service included in the form. We’ll organise your in-home consultation booking via email.
Eligibility and Additional Information:
This package is suitable for children aged 16 weeks (corrected) to 2 years old.
For families with multiples (twins, triplets), there is an additional 20% fee.

Weekday hours available: You will be provided with 7 hours per business day of support. These 7 hours will most often be 8:30am-3:30pm NZT. If you require support outside of the hours I have offered, there will be additional ‘after-hours’ fee’s.
Payment plan option: Pay in 4 instalments, with 2 payments made prior to starting support and the remaining 2 during your 2 weeks of support.
