Pre-Call Log: Before your consultation, I’ll ask you submit an intake from and to keep a detailed sleep log for one week. Both will provide valuable insights into your child’s recent sleep patterns, helping me identify and address specific issues effectively.
A 45-Minute phone consultation: Thoroughly discussing your current sleep challenges and provide tailored advice to overcome any obstacles you’re facing.
