Navigating regressions, settling issues, consolidating naps, early rising or achieving a full night's sleep. This package will set your little one up for success.

This package includes:

  • Intake form: A comprehensive form  to provide essential details about your child's current sleep and routines. 

  • A 60-Minute initial phone consultation: Thoroughly discussing your personalised sleep plan prior to commencing sleep support.

  • Tailored sleep plan: Crafted to suit your child and family needs. 

  • Routines: Age appropriate routines guide designed for your child's age and developmental stage, from current to 6 months ahead.

  • Additional advice: On nutrition and feeding, optimal sleep environment, wind-down routines and overnight sleep.

  • 2 Weeks Support: Hand holding support and daily check ins via texts. Feedback on Daily Activity logs. Available Mon-Fri.

  • Halfway Point: 15-30 minute phone call to check in after your first week.

  • Troubleshooting: To help you along the way with all the ‘what if scenarios’ and to leave you confident going forward. 

How It Works:

  • Booking and Preparation: After booking, you will receive a sleep intake form via email. Please review and accept our Terms of Service included in the form. We’ll organise your consultation booking via email.

  • Payment: Upon booking this package you will be emailed an invoice.

  • Pre-Consultation Preparation: Your tailored sleep plan and supporting documents will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your scheduled phone consultation.

  • Support Commencement: The 2 weeks of support will begin the day after your 60-minute consultation.

Eligibility and Additional Information:

  • This package is ideal for children aged 16 weeks (corrected) to 5 years old.

  • For families with multiples (twins, triplets), there is no extra charge.
